The history of the association “ANIMAL WELFARE ASSOCIATION OF KALLITHEA Protection of Unfortunate Stray Animals” which was founded by decision 867/2005 MONOM.PROTOD.ATHINA Non-profit association of the Municipality of Kallithea started in 2005 despite the difficulties it has faced due to the fact that it consists purely only of volunteers, and with the income of the annual subscription and the 2 vasaar Christmas and Easter that we did, we have achieved a remarkable work. So we have managed with only the will and our love for our four-legged friends to have a home today 120 strays and live the warmth and love of a family home with adoption papers, to have done hundreds of sterilizations limiting the creation of new strays, at the same time we have done vaccinations, deworming and we are trying with deprivation of our personal life, Whether it is family or work, we must have ensured the daily feeding of the strays of our municipality and their stay in a private pension until they are adopted so that they can go to a healthy and communized home.
We ask that you help in this work as much as you can and whenever you can, whatever you offer is important in achieving our goals which are none other than hospitality, adoption, feeding and transportation for our four-legged friends.
